Yes. As a matter of fact, all of our orders are packaged wrapped and shipped. I LOVE receiving gifts and surprises! I want my clients and customers to feel the same feeling I get when I receive some goodies in the mail. If you have a special request of how you prefer your gift wrapping, just message us, it’s complimentary. We can also include a personal message on your behalf.

After purchase, digital card is sent to both Purchaser and Recipient via email. Copy the long generated code found on the digital card and paste it in the gift card box at checkout.

Yes. Many of our customers are always vacationing and need items last minute. Contact us to let us know your deadline. We have been successful in 99.9% of the time.
  1. We ship via USPS. If you have clicked on the tracking number and already contacted USPS, please send us an email at info@miniruin.com and include your order number.

Yes. A high percentage of customer requests, are actually Made-To-Orders. We specialize in silk kimonos, and many other handmade pieces. Like this garment in a particular color? Send us a swatch of the actual color you’d like and we will match it. In many cases, if you send us a high definition picture of the color you like, a photo may suffice. We want all your dreams to come true!

Made-To-Order is the same as a custom request/custom order. Typically, it’s the request to have one of our pieces made in a specific color, size, fabric type. Minor alterations are also a part of the Made-To-Order that is available to account holders.

Yes. Whenever we come up with a design to share it with the world, we try to be conscious. MiniRuin will never be a brand that exploits cheap labor, everything is handmade is USA in our studio. We also pride ourselves on using mostly sustainable fabrics at minimum 75% of the time. Some Fibers used are Lyocell, Linen, silk, cashmere, wool, Rayon Polyester. Learn more about our brand here.
